The principal is A.A. Bromhead FCA, EPAAA, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England, we assist our clients in respect of external and internal audits, systems reviews, compliance reviews, taxation services, general financial services, financial consultancy and advice. We are also engaged in a financial advisory capacity, selective accountancy training projects and company secretarial and administrative services and have many years extensive experience of assisting private businesses, government and non-government organizations (NGO's) in Ethiopia.

The principal is A.A. Bromhead FCA, holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a former Board Member of the Ethiopian Professional Association of Accountants and Auditors, permanently resident in Ethiopia for some 43 years and Manager of the former combined firm of Pricewaterhouse-Peat Warwick (later to become KPMG) before they closed in Ethiopia in 1977 and author of “A Guide for Businessmen and Investors in Ethiopia”. His partner Demissie Gebremichael FCCA holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a former Board Member of EPAAA and formerly Head of the Ministry of Industry’s Financial Department responsible for 140 companies and enterprises throughout Ethiopia. He has extensive experience as a finance manager, internal and external auditor and financial consultancy.
